Wednesday we will have a mother/daughter kickboxing class at 6:00 pm. Can you think of a better way to spend time with your daughters than by getting fit and allowing them to teach you skills they have worked hard to develop. Hope to see you there.

This year the Blitz Karate Class Schedule will follow the public school calendar.

Saturday June 16th will be the Annual Blitz Fitness Kick-a-thon. It will take place from 8:30 till 10:00 at the B & G Club. You may pick up your sponors sheet at Blitz. We would love to have parents, friends and family help out by holding pads and keeping count, we will attempt to hold our record of 3,000 kicks. Wish us luck!
